MAYOR MAGDALENO PEÑA of Negros made a statement in a video that goes viral online.

On the video the Mayor said that " Ang Negros made an honest mistake, Majority voted for Roxas who got 640K votes while Duterte only had 270K votes. If Mar Roxas, won, well he won here in Negros, but if the Philippines is like negros baka pati aso mo maging drug addict."


We understand why the Mayor made such a statement. If Tuwid na Daan let this drugs flourish in such a scary scale, then additional 6 more years is definitely a downfall of this country.
