Duterte has no privilege to become the president, says past Commission on Human Rights (CHR) executive and Justice secretary Leila de Lima.

"If you have no profound respect for human rights, you similarly have no thankfulness for the law. So in what limit would he have the capacity to lead our country if that is his conviction?" congressperson choose De Lima said in a presscon session, as refered to by the Inquirer.

The Liberal Party (LP) congressperson was insinuating hypothetical president Rodrigo Duterte, who in his latest swagger flooding explanation promised to complete open executions–the kind that was done several years ago–against criminal and solution liable gatherings in the event that he win in May 2016.
