Davao night market bombing 'mastermind', brother arrested

On its Facebook page, Bombo Radyo Philippines reported that Vice Mayor Abdul Wahad Sabal of Talitay, Maguindanao, and his kin Montaser were the ones behind the September 2 strike that left 14 people dead and 71 others harmed. 

Bombo Radyo reported that according to their source, the two suspects were caught in Cotabato City and passed on to Camp Crame for interrogation. 

The bomb maker who was caught in North Cotabato starting late demonstrated the Sabal kin as the main impetuses of the Davao sway. 

It can be looked into that the suspects were among those recorded as narco-policitians by President Rodrigo Duterte, the report said.
