Walang ibang my kagagawan ng Patayan sa Bilibid ngayon kundi si De Lima - Lito Atienza

Rep. Lito Atienza on Wednesday posted on his Facebook account, accusing Senator Leila De Lima of the Bilibid riot and for exposing that Jaybee Sebastian is a government asset.

Because of the stabbing incident in the Bilibid 14, inmate Tony Co got killed, while Jaybee Sebastian, Peter Co and Vicente Sy were hurt.

Sebastian is a key witness in the next House drug probe.
According to Atienza because of De Lima announcement that Jaybee Sebastian is a government asset which is unconvincing. He said that what De Lima said was as if a hint to kill Sebastian that would testify against her.

 "Walang ibang dapat sisihin sa patayang nangyari sa bilibid ngayon kundi si Senator De Lima. Dahil sa pagsasabi niya na asset ng gobyerno si JB Sebastian, na hindi naman kapanipaniwala, para na rin niyang sinabi na patayin niyo na yan," Atienza said.

The commotion happened in Bilibid will be investigated by the congress to determine De Lima involvement to kill the witnesses.

Meanwhile, Sebastian's lawyer Edgar Arriba said he said that Sebastian will only speak to President Duterte on what he knows about the New Bilibid Prison drug trade.

"Napakarami niyang alam regarding the drug trade inside and outside NBP. Ayaw niyang magsalita simply because alam niyang lalong manganganib ang buhay niya," Arriba said.
