Mapapahiya lang kayo: Ping says Noy could never be linked to drugs, ever. Here’s why

Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson said he doesn’t buy one bit the insinuations that former president Benigno Aquino III is somehow involved in the illegal drug trade via Senator Leila de Lima.
Aquino, who was succeeded by President Duterte last June 30, was known for his incorruptible “Daang Matuwid” style of governance. He serves as chairman of the Liberal Party (LP).
In his investigation on De Lima’s alleged involvement in the illegal drug activities at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP), Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II has raised the possibility that complicity in the issue “may reach higher than her”.
De Lima is an LP stalwart who used to be the Justice chief under the previous Aquino administration.
For Lacson though, any talks of Aquino’s alleged involvement with drugs would only lead to the accuser’s utter embarrassment.
